Piotr specializes in commercial law and corporate business advisory, serving commercial clients with a focus on cross-border business operations.

Piotr advises entrepreneurs across various sectors, including construction, energy, sports, and real estate development. He possesses extensive experience in corporate governance advisory, having served as Advisor to the Management Board at Global Quantum sp. z o.o., and acts as a representative of the legal department at BlackFrame M&A UK LTD. He is actively involved in the business community as a member of the Business Centre Club (BCC) in Warsaw, where he holds the position of Vice-Chairman of the Committee for Cooperation with Ukraine.

Additionally, he handles compliance matters and immigration law, with particular expertise in business immigration. He has extensive experience representing both individuals and legal entities in litigation, particularly in civil, commercial, white-collar criminal, and fiscal criminal disputes. Throughout his career, he has also managed reprivatization proceedings and participated in commercial real estate leasing processes.

He is a member of the Audit Committee of the Warsaw Bar Association, currently serving his second term. He also serves as a member of the Supervisory Board of Energy Cooperatives.

He earned his legal degree from the University of Warsaw, where he also completed the American Law Center program. He holds a postgraduate degree in Compliance from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and passed the Trinity GESE Exam.

Piotr is fluent in English and communicates in German and Russian.
