Specializes in providing comprehensive services to business entities and representing clients in court proceedings. For several years, he has been actively advising not only companies of the State Treasury, but also entities that are part of large capital groups and foreign clients in complex matters and subjects. His fortes include pre-trial negotiations and supporting clients’ business activities by creating legally effective action scenarios as well. He coordinates the work of the Law Firm’s team to ensure the best results.
Mr. Paprocki personally represents clients before common courts. He possesses extensive procedural experience, confirmed by numerous favorable court judgments, including many proceedings relating to cases with high amount in dispute. He also supports clients as a defense lawyer in criminal proceedings, particularly these including cross-border issues.
He is an active member of the bar association. Currently, he is the vice-chairman of the Image and Communication Committee at the District Bar Council in Warsaw.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He is fluent in English and Russian.
